Returns:

  • Items can be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Shoes must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges:

  • We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors within 15 days of purchase.
  • The item must be in new condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • If the requested size or color is unavailable, you can opt for a refund or choose a different product of equal value.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Once we receive your return, we will process your request within 5-7 business days.

Note: Shipping costs for the original purchase are non-refundable, but we cover the cost of return shipping for exchanges.
